Take the suburban train (S7) to "HANDELSKAI" (direction "Floridsdorf"/). Here take but 5A (direction ?) to "AIGNERSTRASSE". The bus stop is vis-a-vis of the apartment.
Or:
Take the CAT (City Airport Train) to final stop "WIEN-MITTE", change to subway U4 to final stop "HEILIGENSTADT". Take bus 11A to "FORSTHAUSGASSE". You reach the apartment within a 2 min. walk.
